Adapun pelaksanaan dilakukan di Laboratorium Tata Boga SMK Bina Karya 1 Karanganyar. Penilaian lomba menu sehat meliputi Kreativitas pengembangan resep, Cita rasa, Tampilan dan nilai gizi, Penyajian makanan dan Aplikatif (mudah dalam penyajian, penggunaan bahan dan biaya yang rasional). Hasil kegiatan lomba memasak Menu Sehat Cegah Anemia ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan makanan sehat bagi remaja. Selain itu, peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan lomba menu sehat cegah anemia. Hal ini terlihat dari kemampuan para peserta yang dapat menyuguhkan makanan sehat dengan bahan murah dan berkualitas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4167\" src=\"https:\/\/unimugo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"826\" height=\"499\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adapun hasil yang diharapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kali ini adalah terbentuknya penyuluh \u00a0sebagai yang dapat membantu peningkatan derajat kesehatan remaja putri dalam hal memberikan informasi tentang pencegahan anemia. \u201cPenyuluh juga dapat dijadikan sumber pengetahuan oleh remaja putri di SMK Bina Karya 1 Karanganyar terkait dengan pencegahan anemia dengan memanfaatkan \u00a0e book anemia,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kegiatan Lomba menu sehat cegah anemia diikuti oleh 6 kelompok.
